"My thanks to Giada! My husband ate this wonderful, tasty, scrumptious recipe with eggplant. I am glad I saw the video first first as I prepared to scoop and roll the moist eggplant mixture. I was expecting a more solid ball ( like a hushpuppy) but they fried up perfect. This is a keeper."
