The only thing I changed: I whipped 1/2 cup sugar into the cream cheese and spooned the cream cheese into the biscuits. I also did not put the 1/2 tsp cinn/sugar inside the biscuit, but dunked the biscuits into the mixture. I also cooked this 10 minutes longer. It's very good and everyone who had some loved it. I call these yorkshire puddings. Served with roast pork or prime rib and with pork or rib gravy over them. They are served in some good steakhouses like this....I grew up in Canada and they were quite popular there. I've never tried them with a sweet topping....to me they are perfect for gravy!
