Reviewed French Chocolate Mousse

I'm a beginner and made this recipe. Unfortunately, something went wrong at the end. I ended up with a flavorful mousse - but small chunks of truffle tasting chocolate. I'm guessing I let the chocolate sit too lang before folding it into the egg whites/cream. Good news is that the mousse was still great and I simply told my guests it was a truffle...

Yummy recipe! I added 2.5X the amount of cheese and extra salt at the end and it was fantastic. My guests RAVED about the potatoes! I will def. be making these potatoes again.

Fantastic recipe! I used the juice of a whole medium lemon (which yielded more than 2 tblspoons of juice) and the zest of 1/2 a lemon and marinated it two hours longer ... and it was even more flavorful and tender. I also left a little fat on the sides (which might have made it a little more tender too).

Easy and yummy! I think I could add cheese or a quick spritz of lemon and it would be just as great. Good recipe!
