My Activity

Reviewed Lemon Blossoms

"These were bomb! They were tedious though. I was so scared of them sticking (based on the other reviews) that I used mini cupcake holders in my pan. That made for really easy removal of the cake. Then I just drizzled them with the glaze. The dough was SO thick. I went back and watched the video. I put the bowl back on the mixer, before the second ""

Reviewed Double Blueberry Muffins

"These muffins didn't pop up as much as I would have liked, they were a little dense (but I did double the recipe). The flavor was delicious. I added two smashed bananas for my daughters class snack. Reviewed Southern Biscuits

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

Reviewed Polvorones: Ground Walnut Cookies

"Wholy Moly! These are delicious! After reading the reviews, I decided to add some orange zest to the powder sugar for a little someting extra, kept the size really small (like a small melon ball size, and added three minutes. They cooled for a couple mins on the tray and then on the rack (after the powdered sugar. They were so good. Not too sweet, but definitly dessert. A super simple cookie. I thought maybe a lemon twist for summer time would be good too.
