These muffins didn't pop up as much as I would have liked, they were a little dense (but I did double the recipe). The flavor was delicious. I added two smashed bananas for my daughters class snack. I do not recommend doubling the recipe!!!!!! Based on the reviews, I attribute my heavy, run of the mill, biscuits to the fact that I doubled the recipe. I will try again, I'm sure it was my fault...But thought I should put it out there. DO NOT DOUBLE! ""
