Reviewed Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Made these for Easter dinner along with Ina's slow roasted filet of beef with basil parmesan mayo. Both super winning recipes. For the brussel sprouts I reduced the balsamic on the stove (don't do this step too far ahead of when you need it or it gets too thick to pour). Not sure what one reviewer means about it "taking long to peel off outer laye"

Just served this for Easter dinner - awesome! What a wonderful way to cook filet. I almost didn't make the mayo, but was talked into trying it by my fabulous cook sister-in-law, and was she right! It is delicious. the meat doesn't need the mayo as it was fab on its own, but teh mayo was a delightfull add on. Our filet was only about 2 1/2 lbs so w"
