"OMG this is the best gourmet mac and cheese recipe EVER!! I have to explain it that way because I have picky eaters in my family. Everyone I have made this for just loves it. I also made it with the Filet and Balsamic glaze that she did on her show. AWESOME!!! The cheese is a bit expensive, so I save this for special occasions.

I watch Food Network every chance I get. I love to try some of the recipes that I see. Sometimes they turn out pretty good!!! LOL. I just bought a new set of cookware and am really excited to use it.
