Oh my goodness this recipe is so good! So easy and fast. I made no changes to the recipe. Will definitely make this again. The scallops I used were very large so I cut them in half. Make sure you cook the shallots and garlic at least four minutes so they get soft. As other reviewers suggested you can take the scallops out of the pan during t"

First of all I love Ina's recipes. They are for "real" people and so good too. This is a fabulous recipe. I made it for my husband and I and we both thought it was wonderful. Having out of town company this Friday and not sure when they will arrive so will make it during the day and won't have to put it in the oven until they arrive. Just perfect...
