Reviewed Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter

"This recipe is great! It turned out really tasty and flavorful and rich. NOt sure if this happened for others, but when I poured in the balsamic (off the heat), it started sizzling and spitting and grease went everywhere, so watch out for that. Over all, great simple recipe and very easy to follow.""

Reviewed Pesto Lasagna

"Love love love this recipe! It made my house smell so good! I couldn't get enough and I can't wait to make it again. The only thing I did differently was use no-cook pasta noodles instead of fresh, so the noodles definitely were undercooked and a little chewy. Next time I'll either make my own or add some cooking time to make sure the noodles ""

Reviewed Pasta alla Formiana

"This dish is both tasty and innovative and it was really interesting to me that the pasta cooked in the oven instead of in a pot of boiling water. I just think that is so neat! Anyways, the pasta turned out really well and the whole dish was delicious. My boyfriend thought it was too "tomato-y", so maybe if I made it again I would add some basil""

Reviewed Sweet Roasted Grapes

"This dish paired great with a cheese spread and crackers. I used pecans instead of walnuts b/c that's what I had in the house and it was really good. This is definitely going to be a staple for my cheese platters from now on. ""

Reviewed Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies

"Tasty? What did you think?I didn't have an ice cream scoop when I made the cookies so I eyeballed it and my cookies turn out pretty big! That made the samis pretty big, so they were kind of overwhelming to eat all in one sitting. So be careful with the cookie size! We had to cut them in quarters of halves b/c they were too rich to eat the whole""

Reviewed Scalloped Potato Gratin

"This dish was fantastic! My boyfriend had like four servings! haha I switched it up a little and added some white cheddar cheese and a little smoked paprika, and that worked really well. The rest of the flavors were so rich and delicious. I can't wait to make this again!""

Reviewed Middle Eastern Vegetable Salad

"This dish is great: healthy, light, and super flavorful. I was really surprised at the amount of flavor this dish had and was pleasantly surprised. It seems like a lot of herbs and a lot of scallion (onion flavor), but it all works in the end. I can't wait to work this into my new year's diet and make it a regular on my plate!""

Reviewed Root Vegetable Au Gratin

"This recipe was so tasty and hearty. I cut the recipe in half, but I felt like that didn't really give me enough sauce. I think if I dide that again, I would go ahead and make the full recipe sauce and just use what I need and toss the rest if it's too much. I couldn't find parsnips so I used a rutabega, which was actually pretty good. I thoug""
