Full of bright flavors, and easy to put together. About as authentic as you can get with a CTM dish.
Must disagree slightly with a couple of the reviews. I let the sauce cook down a bit longer, but found the amount was just about right. If anything, I'd reduce the amount of chicken.

These potatoes take a bit of work, but the effort is well worth it. Delicious beyond description.
The potatoes did require some attention during the cooking process, and the subtle warning about boiled/scalded milk should be heeded.

This turkey rocked. I opted to make something other than the accompanying panzanella, so I'll pass along my lessons learned. Important safety tip: place something under the turkey to absorb the drippings! I uses a sheet pan, but that resulted in smoke that nearly drove everyone out of the house! A nice pan of dressing would absorb the liquid nice...
