I was pleased with this recipe. It was very easy and even my kids liked it! I only had a broiler pan, so I used that. The fish was nicely browned on the bottom, so I put it under the broiler for 90 seconds to even it up a little. It was nice and crisp and didn't stink up my house the way frying fish does! Yay!
