If I don't want to make coffee ice cream what do I substitute for the 1/2 cup coffee? I have tried 2 recipes using no egg recipes & each time the consistencies aren't right. They're either like ice milk or between ice cream & ice milk but not creamy like I buy fr..."

“This was delicious! I used stewed tomatoes instead of the fire roasted, chopped celery and added dill weed, celery salt and melted half a stick of butter to the pot just before serving for added richness. I topped it off w/your home made croutons from an earlier show. Also love your broccoli soup!”
