This is awesome recipe, just use a tablespoon of corn starch to thicken the sauce. I used frozen corn and it was great.

I made this last night as a main dish. It was sooo good. I let the strips of meat marinade over night in the frig. I used my grill pan to grill the meat and served it over saffron jasmine rice. A salad of sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and olive oil completed the meal. This is a keeper for sure.

My family loves this recipe. It's easy and the leftovers are great to. Although I do not have a big enough fry pan to braised the thighs in I cook the thighs on top then put them in a baking pan and braise them in the oven at 350.
