Reviewed Oven Roasted Red Snapper Fillets with Tomatoes and Onions

This was a delicious presentation for the snapper. My husband and I both loved the seasonings - from the fresh basil to the onions, tomatoes and herbed seasoning. I did use only one large (about 1 lb) of snapper so increased my cooking time to about 25 minutes, which gave more time for the vegys to cook thoroughly. Did not use the tomato water. H"
