"Very adaptable! I didn't have any shallots or white wine on hand,so I used onions and a bit of garlic instead of shallot and I used cider vinegar/apple juice instead of the wine. I also I didn't had any apple jelly but I had apricot preserves and it was awesome....I kind of made my own recipe out of this one! My family really loved the sauce..sin"
