Made as written in his cookbook except doubled the chipotles (needed more kick - half stick less butter). Loved the salsa. Shrimp were great. All of the flavors complimented each other. A regular staple now at our house. And the honey might sound a bit out of place, but you need it. Really makes a difference. No sweetness detected - just a "
