"I have had Albondigas Soup at many Mexican Restuarants. This is the Bomb!! As a matter of fact, we went to a local Mexican restuarant last night -- while it was good it in no way compared to this recipe. I have only made it once and am making it again to take camping next week after Memorial day. My mother will love it."
