"I really liked the flavor of this fish, love the lime zest & juice. I also seasoned with Paula's salt, pepper and garlic powder seasoning. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was I don't like fish with no color. I tried broiling at the end but was afraid it would be over-cooked."

"First let me say I normally love all of Paula's recipes. I don't know what I did wrong, I followed the directions given on TV and this site. I had to cook my cookies longer than the recipe states, and my oven is very accurate. Some of my cookies were OK but some of them stuck, and some melted the inside cookie and it oozed out. If I had taken it out of the oven earlier the cookie dough was not done. I bought the ingredients and could hardly wait to try. I am assuming I did something wrong, but I don't know what as I followed the instructions. I hate I wasted my time and ingredients on something I will probably throw away.
