These carrots steal the show of any dish you pair them with. I had people who claimed they didn't even like carrots asking for seconds. It is a surprisingly simple, extremely delicious dish. The flavor is somewhat reminiscent of sweet potato fries, roasting them in the oven brings out their natural sweetness.
