"I liked these very much! I fried the tortillas in oil for a minute first to make them pliable. I might try another viewer's suggestion to bake them next time, to be a little healthier.
It's a great way to use up leftover turkey. I'll be sure to remember this recipe to use up any sort of leftover meat!
