"Really good! My husband LOVED them. I was out of Panko, so I used crushed up saltine crackers instead. Still good, but I'm going to make sure I have Panko next time. Also, the croquettes were just a little bit rich. I'm going to try squeezing a little lemon juice on the croquettes next time. "
