"This was delicious; the whole family loved it! I used half beef and half lamb and just sort of eye-balled the measurements...it was perfect. The fresh herbs added such a nice depth of flavor. I wouldn't change a thing! "
Reviewed Quick Creamy Tomato Soup
"OK, I made this recipe exactly as it was written. The soup was pretty good but was very basic. Maybe next time I'll use a better quality can of tomatoes? That might make a difference. I just used what I had on hand.
I did like that this is a more all-natural soup than canned.
The little toasts were outstanding and really made the dish. I do plan on making this again, though. It was stupid simple and pretty good.
