Big thumbs up from husband and kids (12 & 7) Arm Roast was on sale so I subbed that for the Chuck Roast not sure if that was the difference but I ended up cooking it for 3.5 hrs on low and 1.5 hrs on high because it was not tender after 3.5 on low.
