This stuffing features all the fantastic flavors of Thanksgiving. Our only modification was to use sage seasoned sausage rather than Italian. It turned out great.

We enjoyed this! I doubled the recipe and used sweet potatoes for half of the potatoes called for. Then I cooked it in a 13 by 9 Pyrex to 160 degrees. Very tasty. It reheats and freezes nicely, too.
