Reviewed roasted tomato caprese salad

This is out of this world good. I got a boatload of tomatoes today, so I wanted to experiment using just one. I left out the sugar. They are still warm and I don't think I'll be able to stop eating them before I cook some pasta. I sliced the tomatoes and took them out at 1-1/2 hours. Going to have to make some more.
