"These were really good however they are soooo rich, if you have a craving one or two of these will cure it I halved the recipe because i've made truffles before and the werent very good - but this recipe rocked! they should come with a warning though!!

"This recipe was really simple and I had a clean dish after sunday lunch its a really good fall desert. We have an abundance of pears and apples from our garden and it was a great way to use them up - I used bramley apples which are a little tart but the pear lifted it perfectly and with a drizzle of cold cream this was really heaven in every bite!

"Words can not describe how wonderful this cake is I made it at 2pm it was decorated by 3:30pm it is now 5pm GMT and it has all gone!!! My family loved it and want more. "I Love these - I adore peanut butter and chocolate combo I halved the recipie because i didnt wnat to make my family too fat I got 20 brownies out of it still but they were just the right size for a snack - the texture was firm but moist I followed the recipie exactly which is hard tying to get used to american measures when i normally us a scale but they turned out fab and will be making them again - I will serve warm with ice cream next time for a dinner party desert thanks Ina you are wonderful!
