This recipe is amazing! They've become a staple in your household- I promise it gets faster every time you make them! I use corn tortillas and double the salsa. I also leave the jalapenos seeds in for some kick. They are also even better the next day. "

Tasty, not quite as complex tasting as I had hoped but will probably make again. It would be a great dish for a newer cook to use for a date night. :) Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, the recipe has you cooking the shrimp for 6 minutes. This is way way way too long, especially if you cut them in half. I used approx 20 whole large black tiger...
