"I made this dish using japanese sweet potatoes that are purple on the outside and white inside. In my hurry to make this dish I forget to include the apples and the nuts. Nevertheless, this dish was the most delicious sweet potatoes I have every had. The combination of the agave nectar, whiskey and the hint of the cayenne pepper was off the charts with flavor.
