"I really liked the pressure cooker idea. I don't use mine enough. I used Yukons also and halved the butter in the mixing part. In fact, I love melted butter over the pots.when serving, you can see it and it looks so much more appealing that way. "

"Sorry Aarti, but this wasn't great. Served it over steamed rice and it cooked very dry even after adding more water. Flavors were good but just wouldn't ever make it again. Keep trying, you shine!
