If you don't like garlic, stay away! It had a wonderfully strong garlic flavor and the goat cheese really popped. So yummy, I'll be using this recipe again!

This was really good. I added some cooked wild rice and omitted the apples. I think next time I will use more bread cubes and add an egg or 2. It might have been just me but it didn't hold together. The flavors were definitely all there though! Loved using the leeks.

We just had these for the second year running for T-day. I use about 2 ounces of the granita, some fresh line juice, a shot of vodka and shake until melted.
