I used 2 lbs of mussels and instead of clam/fish stock used chicken stock supplemented with 1 tsp. of Old Bay. I was somewhat skeptical after using my other recipe of leek,thyme,white wine, etc. but this was really delicious! My potatoes were a mix of yellow & reds and used 1 cup of reg. milk. There was enough here to feed almost 6 people....

So delicious and easy to make though I always stumble for this reason. Do I add 4 TBLS. of the Dill/Mayo mix to the burger mix and reserve the other 4 TBLS. for the spread on top sauce? 1/2 cup of mayo is equal to 8 TBLS. Oh and I add a touch of garlic and enjoy that extra layered effect of great flavors."
