For those that say this recipe turns out too wet...it does. Next time, I would cut the heavy cream back to 1 cup and increase the eggs to an even dozen. I will also make it early in the morning and only let it sit for a couple of hours, versus overnight, before baking. I would like the dish to have more texture. All this said, it is still deli"
