Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

"Sprouts are the new IN veggie! I love Ina's recipe but I did make two changes. I added about 3T of balsamic vinegar and fresh garlic...toss in before you bake. Yes, they need to be uniform in size...the smaller the better! This way they get nice and crisp the longer they cook. I find that they need closer to 40 minutes to cook. Enjoy!""
