"I made these last night and they are delicious. Boiling the potatoes first and then simmering worked perfectly. Heating up the sheet in the oven and quickly putting the potatoes on really made them crisp up just like described. "Ate there today and it is as good as it looked on the show. The walls are lined with awards they have wone. They sell the rub there and also have it in salt shakers at the tables. It was the best tasting rub I have ever had. I sprinked on my fries and sandwich. I will buy as opposed to making it. I can't wait to go back, next time I want to try the burnt ends, had brisket today. Glad to be living in the KC area!
