Reviewed Spaghetti with Asparagus, Smoked Mozzarella and Prosciutto

"The first time I made it exactly according to directions. It was good, but the prosciutto added an odd flavor to it. I made it a second time and first cooked the prosciutto (even though it was already cooked) for a few minutes. That made a difference in the overall flavor. Much better. The dish has a different, but really enjoyable flavor. "
