I doubled the crab amount and kept the vegetables the same it turned out great I wanted the "Crab" to stand out and be the star ingredient. When adding the veg mix you can easily adjust. I used like many others the powdered drink mix that you add to bottled H20 and it was very strong and we did not like it at all. I am going to try and adjust this since I have another box of white cake mix. and see how it goes. I was excited about trying this recipe but very disapointed with this recipe and directions. ""
