Made these tonight. I think they needed to be cooked longer because the crust wasn't super flaky. I used 3 tbsp butter and prob could have only used 2. It did make everyone happy in the house, which isn't always easy. ""

Loved it!! Had this for a party with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It was the first thing to disappear, and that was because the kids couldn't get enough. Great flavor with the sweetness in it. The things I did different were use dried thyme and egg whites instead of regular eggs. I used 6 store size 'kini and it filled the 8 X 8 plate....
