"Made these tonight. I think they needed to be cooked longer because the crust wasn't super flaky. I used 3 tbsp butter and prob could have only used 2. It did make everyone happy in the house, which isn't always easy. ""

Reviewed Neely's Zucchini Gratin

"Loved it!! Had this for a party with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It was the first thing to disappear, and that was because the kids couldn't get enough. Great flavor with the sweetness in it. The things I did different were use dried thyme and egg whites instead of regular eggs. I used 6 store size 'kini and it filled the 8 X 8 plate. There was a bit of water, which is the nature of the vegetable. I just used a slotted spoon.
