We marinated a pork tenderloin overnight. I used 3 bunches of scallions, tons of garlic (we are garlic lovers), 2 habaneros, 4 teaspoons of all spice, and 2 limes for 2.5lbs of meat. I slice my tenderloin lengthwise, so it cuts down the cooking time and allows for better marinating. Then baked it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and let it rest for 15...
