Reviewed Cream Cheese Flan

"I've tried making every flan recipe possible, I finally found one that my mom approved of. It's so creamy and delicious. I would recommend mixing it in a blender instead of a beater, because the cream cheese bits wont blend well. First time I made this flan, the cheese bits floated on top. Another thing I do is just leave the extra 1/2 cup of sugar out as it is already sweet enough and also replaced the regular cream cheese for a whipped cream cheese. It gives it a less thicker texture and tastes a lot better.
