Reviewed Delicate Mint Sandwich Holiday Cookies
"These are really good! I was a little scared by the reviews, but they came out well. Yes, there was a decent amount of work, but what sandwich cookie isn't? I added about a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla into the dough. As for the amount of mint, start small and add to your liking. I must have used a smaller cookie cutter, because I got more than 12"
