Love ya Melissa, but something is "off" with this recipe.
-At 160 degrees in the thigh at an hour and a half, we found the thighs still way too pink, removed them and returned them to the oven for another 30 minutes, so the time is definitely "off".
-Then, the potatoes NEVER got done and had to be finished in the microwave which...
