This is delicious soup. It's time consuming to make, but well worth the effort and I like that you can make part of it one day and finish it the next. The only thing I would do differently is to cut down on the pasta. I think one cup of pasta would be plenty. The bruschetta puts it over the top! "

This stew was ok, but I'm not sure I would make it again. The wine flavor was a somewhat overpowering and I only marinated the beef for about 7 hours - not overnight.
