BarBQue sauce ONLY, I made this sauce ( not their meat) though it wasn't a bad sauce it was a little too sweet for my taste. I like a more savory. trying to make it less sweet I added 1T chilli powder,cuman, and some of the dry rub I was using on my meat. It helped but not my fave. If you like a sweeter one this might be a good one for u""

DRY:,, The dry rub was a pretty nice mix, it wasn;t too sweet or salty. I even brined the meat before following his other directions and the meat came out tough and dry. I threw it into a crockpot with the juices ( added water to the pan) from pan and slow cooked it for another 2 hrs, it was still dry but edible. I didnt bother making his brbq sa...
