Forgot to mention that I used a sweet Moscato wine. Would be interested in your comments if you try a sweet wine after using other types of white wine. For me, the sweet was great! I also use Moscato in my Risotto."

I just read the review by Stan on 2-19-13. I to cut the boneless chicken breasts in half and browned them. (Add butter to the oil to help brown the chicken Next time I will remove the chicken and let the sauce reduce a little. Also add an extra orange bell pepper for more color."

Second time I made this dish and everybody loves it. I like the juiciness, but noticed some reviews think this is a problem. I serve it in a large size soup bowl with a piece of italian bread on the side. How much more Italian can you get! "
