"I did this today and it was absolutely wonderful. I was a bit worried about the cumin as I hate it, but it was not that obvious when eaten. I took the remainder to my neighbour and friend and she and her husband were absolutely besotted by this. I did leave out the sultanas because I don't like them in curries but it was great without them. The sauce was thinner than I expected but the rice absorbed it. I will definitely do this again.
