"Everyone!! Please listen to my review and do not try this recipe!! These corn dogs were so grease soaken and not even edible!! I am a great cook and I fry often (so it is not due to the lack of frying skills that the temp of the oil was not hot enough) it is due the the batter because it is a bread/muffin batter instead of a coating batter and those batters soak up more grease.. Do yourself a big favor and go with Alton's recipe or Paula's they are excellent.. Just as easy, not much different in the price and you will not wind up throwing your money in the trash..... Food network should have taste testers pass/fail recipes before putting slop recipes on the internet!!! Very disappointed.."
