Delicious - the recipe took a bit of time as I prepared the chicken and left it to brine over night. Not a problem as I was preparing for a dinner party the next evening. Lots of ingredients, but so worth it. I actually fried the chicken breasts and then put them in a casserole dish and poured the glaze over and cooked in the oven for about 30 minutes....

Something is very wrong with the dressing. It is almost pure lemon juice. Who can eat that on a salad. I tried adding sugar and even marmalade but it was still bitter. I used a slaw dressing and it was much better.
