I used some of the filling for the flour tortillas as suggested. But we used some of the filling in corn tortillas and added chicken and fried them to make flautas. That was very good! I did not use all the cream cheese suggested.

This is the best sangria ever. We have made it 10+ times. We usually make six times the recipe for a big party and it's always a hit. We skip the sparkling water, and we use Riunite for the red wine. I have tried several other sangria recipes and this one tops them all. Thanks Emeril!

I love using coconut water in my smoothies, to make them dairy free. I skip the yogurt when I want them to be vegan. I haven't tried freezing the coconut water into cubes. Interesting idea.

It was okay. It tasted like it should be part of a fall meal with pumpkin pie on the side. My husband said it was sweet even though there was no sugar in it, just the seasonings were reminiscent of fall desserts. I won't be making again. Thanks though. It was the first pot roast I ever cooked. I made it in the slow cooker rather than bake it.

Excellent smoothie. I buy fresh squeezed OJ from my grocery store when available. Otherwise I just use regular OJ. The squeeze of lime adds another yummy level of flavor. Peel your old browning bananas and pop them in the freezer and your drink will already be cold and ready to serve.

Good recipe, I also added broccoli to the leeks. I didn't have a shallot on hand so I used a small garlic clove and about 2 TB yellow onion chopped fine. And I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used dried.

Great recipe. I had frozen corn on hand that I just sauteed on the stove. I didn't have cotija or queso fresco but I did have feta which is an excellent substitution. I also used the sour cream. I'm going to make it again this weekend grilling the corn. This tastes excellent. I am surprised more people haven't tried it."

This was pretty good. I didn't care for the cardamom flavor.
You can buy this spice in the bulk section of your grocery store so you won't have to buy a whole bottle of cardamom when you try the recipe.
I prefer Anne Burrell's oatmeal cookies."

Great recipe. I did not turn on the grill outside, but just used our gas range instead. I too reduced the amount of mozzarella and garlic. This was really delicious and relatively easy. I salted and let my eggplant "sweat" while preparing everything else, which I later wiped off with a paper towel and then sauteed."
