“Very good. Takes a long time to make but that is expected of lasagna. The leftovers taste even better than the original day. I added a bay leaf, fresh thyme, a small carrot and 1/2 a celery stick to my marinara sauce. Yummy. I too wish that they had instructions for proper reheating, as I was serving this to guests. Thanks.”

“Great recipe. I had frozen corn on hand that I just sauteed on the stove. I didn't have cotija or queso fresco but I did have feta which is an excellent substitution. I also used the sour cream. I'm going to make it again this weekend grilling the corn. This tastes excellent. I am surprised more people haven't tried it."”

“This was pretty good. I didn't care for the cardamom flavor.
You can buy this spice in the bulk section of your grocery store so you won't have to buy a whole bottle of cardamom when you try the recipe.
I prefer Anne Burrell's oatmeal cookies."”
