These were pretty good. I agree with the others when they said they came out dry. Once I put them in the fridge and added cream cheese on top they were much better. I definitely recommend some kind of frosting.

My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I had to use dried basil because I didn't have fresh. It was a good fast dinner where you can use up leftovers.

Saw this recipe and made it last night. I think the orange zest is what gave it a unique flavor that made this the best french toast ever (other recipes taste flat and boring). I also like the idea of the raspberry preserves on the side-that also added an interesting layer of flavor. This is my go-to recipe from now on. Also, I didn't have challah,...

Really delicious. One of the best salads I've ever had. I also added goat cheese, which added another layer of flavor. Then I added some halved grape tomatoes (since I had some on hand I needed to get rid of).

Very good. Takes a long time to make but that is expected of lasagna. The leftovers taste even better than the original day. I added a bay leaf, fresh thyme, a small carrot and 1/2 a celery stick to my marinara sauce. Yummy. I too wish that they had instructions for proper reheating, as I was serving this to guests. Thanks.

I enjoyed this, my husband not so much. It needed something, and after I added goat cheese, it was much better. It just needs a bit of flair from cheese I think. Only then it won't be vegan.

This was very good. My husband and I just ate it with crackers for lunch. I didn't add any salt to the mixture, and did not have mascarpone and just used reduced fat cream cheese. It was delicious.

I used some of the filling for the flour tortillas as suggested. But we used some of the filling in corn tortillas and added chicken and fried them to make flautas. That was very good! I did not use all the cream cheese suggested.

This is the best sangria ever. We have made it 10+ times. We usually make six times the recipe for a big party and it's always a hit. We skip the sparkling water, and we use Riunite for the red wine. I have tried several other sangria recipes and this one tops them all. Thanks Emeril!

Reviewed coconut water smoothie with mango, banana and strawberries

I love using coconut water in my smoothies, to make them dairy free. I skip the yogurt when I want them to be vegan. I haven't tried freezing the coconut water into cubes. Interesting idea.

It was okay. It tasted like it should be part of a fall meal with pumpkin pie on the side. My husband said it was sweet even though there was no sugar in it, just the seasonings were reminiscent of fall desserts. I won't be making again. Thanks though. It was the first pot roast I ever cooked. I made it in the slow cooker rather than bake it.

Excellent smoothie. I buy fresh squeezed OJ from my grocery store when available. Otherwise I just use regular OJ. The squeeze of lime adds another yummy level of flavor. Peel your old browning bananas and pop them in the freezer and your drink will already be cold and ready to serve.
