I couldn't find the Pepperidge Farms brand bread, so I used Weber white bread - dried it out on a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Also only had to use about 4 cups of broth instead of the 7 cups. Turned out perfectly moist and was really delicious. ""

This was my first time ever making a turkey. I got at 20 pound turkey and let it sit in the brine for about 15 hours. This was THE BEST turkey I have ever tasted - so moist and flavorful. Not difficult at all either. Makes me want to make turkey more than once a year!""
