These are wonderful and easy to make. I didn't have orange peel or light brown sugar but I don't think that affected the outcome much. I used the amount of spices suggested and it was perfect for my taste. However, the pecans were pretty spicy so those with sensitive palates, you might want to adjust the amount of cayenne.""
