Had to sign up for a food network account to comment on this recipe. I don't think I could cook a more perfect medium to medium rare ribeye in my life. Cooking it this way turned out absolutely perfect. If it's a high quality piece of meat it needs nothing other than salt and pepper. And if you really want just put the sauce from the skillet back "
